As part of Lincoln Home National Historic Site's mission to preserve and interpret the Lincoln Home, the museum's collection containing a photographic archive that documents the history of the Site has now been made accessible to staff and researchers for educational programs, research and visitor enjoyment. 

Creating an expanded accessibility to the photographic archive brings about an opportunity to reach more people with minimal staff assistance, improved interpretation capabilities and the chance to share more of the items held in public trust with the public.

The digital online collection allows users to query the image database by location, date, subject, photographic data, keyword, and/or event.
